MEP SUPERVISOR

Location: Bali

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible in ensuring day-to-day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously in the project sites
  • Make sure the quality of work from vendors are based to the standard
  • Maintain time schedule is based on the plan
  • Directly report to the Project Manager

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years of working knowledge as MEP Supervisor (in project sites) incl. mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction procedures and practices
  • Working knowledge of plans, specifications and schematics associated
  • Strong in MEP calculations, drawing details, and material quality
  • Able to design the MEP drawing with Revit or Autocad
  • Experience in make the BOQ of MEP work
  • Knowledge in Mechanical and electrical international standards such as DIN, JIS, IEC, etc. will be a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team player
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, well organized, and detail oriented

Junior Procurement

Location: Bali

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and updating all Procurement activities
  • Managing and maintaining all Procurement administration
  • Collaborating and supporting other departments under Procurement Supervisor’s supervision
  • Supporting and working closely with the Procurement Manager daily

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 in business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Administration or Finance and Accounting Department or Supply Chain and Procurement Department
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Have strong administration and negotiation skills
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Accurate and precise attention to details
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Have an honest and can-do attitude

Finance & Accounting Officer

Location: Bali & Banyuwangi

Responsibilities :

  • Performing the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable)
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents of records
  • Preparing other necessary supporting document, e.g., reconciliation, detail account, fixed asset register, etc
  • Preparing the financial statement
  • Assisting Finance Manager for budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing monthly or annual company tax compliance
  • Supporting other tax activities
  • Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters
  • Assisting Finance Manager for cash flow planning, payment and repayment schedules and tax optimization strategies
  • Assist Finance Manager for preparing investor report
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ Banking or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experience as public accountant is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of finance and PSAK
  • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
  • Have a good understanding of Indonesian Tax regulations (having certification of Brevet A & B is preferred)
  • The candidate has to be computer savvy, proficient in Ms. Office and familiar with Jurnal.id accounting software will be advantage

E-commerce Specialist

Location: Bali

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Online Travel Agent (OTA) of Grün Resorts
  • Create and update property details (description, room information, room facilities, room rate, and room allocation frequently
  • Manage promotion, campaign, discounts on all OTA channels
  • Create selling plan and room rates plan
  • Set the room rate scheme to get the best available rate of the property
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create a well-planned marketing strategy
  • Carry out other tasks relevant to the function and responsibilities as an E-commerce Specialist

Requirements :

  • Experienced in handling hotel or resort property using various channel managers and Online Travel Agent (OTA)
  • Bachelor degree in hospitality, business or relevant field
  • High communication and negotiation skills
  • Tech savvy, willing to learn, and adaptable
